“I can’t believe how much Somatics has changed my life for the better. It’s amazing to have access to this tool that I can learn to do on my own on a regular basis. Something that is simple and makes a huge difference – It empowers me over my discomfort, giving me something very specific to do to help myself.“ AC

Gentle Sunday Yoga with Martha Carter
(Presented by TWiSTED Outreach Project)

ABOUT THE CLASS
Stay in your pyjamas! Bring your coffee! Do it with your family!
Come and join Martha, friends and family for a stimulating Sunday starter. All you need to do is either connect your computer to the internet and place it in front of a space where you can stretch out on a yoga mat.
From there, you can easily follow along as this class is gentle yet just the right amount of challenge for all levels and body types.
Each class starts sitting in a chair for some deep breathing and gentle stretching. This is followed by more dynamic movement which leads into restorative relaxation on the floor. From there, your Sunday has begun.
Martha loves teaching this weekly class to friends and family around the world. It’s not only a great way to start the day, but also a wonderful way to stay connected regularly while sharing a common quest for health and wellness and fun.
